RFP ServiceNow LATAM
Project Manager
The servicedesk ensures that users receive the necessary help in resolving their problems in a timely manner, thus contributing to improving services and increasing end customer satisfaction. The structure of a servicedesk starts in levels of automatic assistance and goes up to specialized service and field support. My role was to manage the project as a whole, since the creation of the RFP to hiring the service provider.




New media center Site
Project Manager
Manage the creation of a new media center in React / Next.JS for press and general media, establishing a new platform that supports all types of media (videos, images, gifs, etc.) for uploading and downloading, while being modern and easy to use. Thus having all the information for local press and communications providers.




Fleet Management

Several fleet management controls are performed outside the SalesForce system due to a lack of platform updates.
In this way, the project's objective was to manage suppliers and business areas in the automation of 37 tasks to reduce the volume of manual work, increase the agility of the fleet management operation, and reduce risks related to errors and lack of accuracy in the operation information.



3D Printing Management

Upon my arrival, I created an application for 3D printing requests, mapped LATAM's printer inventory, as well as responsible sectors and pilots, and defined our goals for 2021 and 2022. As a result of this centralization, by May 2021, we had already had an increase of more than three times in cost avoidance compared to the entire year of 2020.




SEBRAE + SPUTNiK + Suppliers
Renault Project Manager
With the advancement of industry 4.0, not only the company but its suppliers have to be updated to remain competitive. The partnership program built between SEBRAE+SPUTNiK+Renault was aimed at teaching how to correctly carry out a digital transformation, as well as helping to evolve the products of Renault suppliers with mentorships.

Renault Lab is part of the Renault innovation environment. Each college where we created the Renault lab has a topic of study, among them: Electric cars, energy efficiency, and entrepreneurship. With this, we connect professionals, companies, investors, and universities in the search for sustainable solutions for electric mobility.




Design thinking: Kwid's reverse gear
Pilot
Several customers were complaining of a noise similar to a ship's horn when reversing. This problem was studied by several teams from different areas and, without a solution, we were asked to conduct a design thinking session. As a result of over 50+ ideas, the problem was solved in 2 months with a simple addition of grease in the gearbox, leading to a savings of 4.6M BRL.

The first step in the digital transformation of a company is to make its employees aware of the technologies. There is no point in having the equipment if the company's culture is not yet ready to receive it. With monthly trainings, countless employees learned to use equipment such as 3D printers, laser cutting, COBOTs, thermoforming, 3D scanners, among others.

In order to remain competitive, process automation seeks to accelerate processes and reduce human error. Within these processes, numerous processes must be managed, such as: space, budget, suppliers, and environment. My role was to assist the project manager with ensuring deadlines, quality of installations, safety, and knowledge about cobots.

Cobots emerged due to a lack of flexibility to changes in specialized machines and a lack of certain human skills in industrial robots. With this new technology being increasingly used, the company needed someone who would be an expert in the subject and could guide and provide knowledge to the teams. That being said, I became a specialist, developing a master's degree in the subject.




Vision system

In industry, any break in the production line can generate a huge loss. The window picking island, where the car windows are inserted in the assembly line, had an annual loss of approx. 500K BRL. We created a solution based on cameras and Raspberry PI to check in real-time if the glass placed by the operator was the correct glass.
